About the Trainer

Hi, I’m Yoke. A charity worker turned personal trainer. I am passionate about resistance training and movement in general. Whether you were once an athlete or a gym goer, a beginner who is just starting out or someone who is unsure about lifting, I am here for you!

I strongly believe that resistance training should be accessible, enjoyable, and achievable. Now coming into my 40s, I am learning the smart way to train my body to ensure it is prepared for what’s to come in my later years. I want to help you embrace aging in a strong body by taking control of your health and wellbeing. When you train with me, expect to lift heavy and move with flow, speed, power and agility. I also promise you laughter, fun and loud cheers when you hit your goals!

If you are living in the City of Canning, you can find me at Anytime Fitness Bentley. I am also happy to come work with you in your own home (location / distance dependent) and transition you into the gym if you wish.
