Castell Pridgen

Hello! I’m Castell, a Menopause Exercise Specialist and co-founder of Mastering Menopause. Over my 10 years in the health and fitness industry—and through my personal journey with PCOS—I’ve been deeply inspired by the profound impact that habits and hormones have on women’s well-being.

Educating myself in menopause training styles and methods started as a professional opportunity but grew into a personal passion. My goal is to empower women with the knowledge and tools to harness the transformative power of exercise. Together, we can change the narrative for women navigating menopause, helping them thrive with strength and vitality.

Georgia Otto

Hi, I’m Georgia, a Nutritionist and co-founder of Mastering Menopause. My passion lies in breaking down cultural and historical stigmas surrounding menopause. I’m committed to equipping women with practical, science-based nutritional guidance to optimize their health during this life stage.

With a deep appreciation for the human body and the role of nutrition, I advocate for creating strong, sustainable habits that support lifelong health. Through Mastering Menopause, I aim to empower women to embrace this transition with confidence and clarity.
