I spent almost a year suffering from all the classic perimenopausal symptoms…I wasn’t sleeping, I had rapid weight gain, I was exhausted, anxious, teary, forgetful. I adjusted my diet, introduced suitable supplements, increased protein intake, and cut back on alcohol. I modified my exercise routine, focusing on strength training while incorporating plyometric and HIIT sessions a few times a week. With ongoing guidance on exercise, nutrition, and emotional support, I’ve made tremendous progress. Six months later, I feel revitalized: more energetic, lighter, and experiencing fewer sweats. I’ve even regained my mental clarity and improved memory, though my periods remain irregular.
