About the Trainer

I’m a qualified Personal Trainer with a passion to help women over 35 feel their best.

I’m also on my perimenopause journey, (hello brain fog) I know the challenges we face and I’d love to support you through this time.

I offer 1:1 personal training or small group coaching for my face to face clients; in the Sunny South West.

In my sessions we focus on strength training, as well as incorporating high intensity interval training – all tailored to suit your current fitness levels and experience.
