Hi, I’m Loz!
I’m from Aotearoa, New Zealand, and I’m passionate about all things health, fitness, and food!
Movement has always been a big part of my life. I grew up active, with gymnastics capturing both my heart and most of my time. I fell in love with the challenge of pushing my body and mind, the discipline it took to master new skills, and the resilience built from getting back up after falling. After a stint coaching gymnastics, I quickly realised how much I loved helping people move better.
Today, I’m a certified Personal Trainer and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer with over five years of experience in the sports and fitness industry. I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of amazing individuals of all ages, fitness levels, and goals. Over time, I saw how many of my clients struggled to find reliable, practical nutrition advice that complemented their training – so I decided to broaden my scope.
I’m now a university-qualified Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Nutrition. My approach is holistic and evidence-based, I’m all about fuelling your body with delicious, nutritious foods that support your goals and a healthy life while also celebrating the joy of eating. Food is so much more than just energy – it’s a way to connect, explore, and express!
