Hi, I’m Millie!

I am a certified menopause trainer and I help women 40+ build strength, confidence, and energy – and thrive through midlife and for the rest of their lives.

As a 52-year-old woman, a mum, and someone who has personally experienced the rollercoaster of body changes, I don’t just train women in midlife — I am one of them. My coaching is designed for women in their 40s, 50s and beyond who are navigating the changes of perimenopause and menopause. My programs are built specifically for this stage of life – they combine expert training, personalised nutrition guidance, and genuine, high-level support.
