About the Trainer

Hi I’m Renee a personal trainer, weightlifting coach, and full time hype woman for women who want to feel strong, confident and capable in their bodies!!

I coach everyday women to lift weights, build strength, and ditch the pressure to just “get smaller.” Whether you’re brand new to lifting or looking to fine tune your olympic lifts, I’m here to guide you, support you and remind you that your body is made to do hard things.

My style of coaching is all about empowering you with the tools, education and belief that you can do this, in and outside the gym. If you’re ready to feel strong, lift heavy and learn what your body’s truly capable of, I’d love to work with you!
