I’m a certified personal trainer and nutritionist, passionate about helping women over 35 feel strong, confident, and empowered through fitness and nutrition support. I specialise in perimenopause and menopause health, guiding clients through the unique challenges of midlife with practical, personalised programs. I don’t do quick fixes, crash diets, or impossible standards. I do real life. Progress over perfection. I believe in sustainable change—habits that support your body, your energy, and your mindset for the long haul. As a busy wife and mum navigating midlife myself, I understand the juggle—and the importance of feeling your best. My mission is to help you embrace your body, nourish it without guilt, move in a way that feels good, and rediscover confidence—not just in how you look, but in how you live. Based in Perth’s northern suburbs, I primarily coach clients online with customised, one-on-one support. Let’s do this—together.
